Hello!

My name is Audrey Samaniego, and I'm from Plano, Texas. I’ve been working in film since 2021, but my passion for visual media has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some of my memorable projects have included filming an interview with a Holocaust survivor known as the "Honey Girl" and participating in various student-made films that I work on regularly.

My Experience

I am a Junior majoring in Radio, Television, and Film at the University of Texas at Austin. I have gained hands-on experience with software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and DaVinci Resolve, contributing to the creation of student films both in and out of the classroom. Throughout my time at college, I have worked on various sets and have now decided to focus on roles as a Director of Photography, lead colorist, and 1st AC for the projects I participate in. With around five years of experience in film, I am eager to learn from the talented individuals around me and deepen my understanding of the craft. I am deeply passionate about pursuing a career in the industry.
